Children/young persons are provided with care and protection in a residential setting.

1. Referral made to the Division of Human Services
2. Referral Meeting within eight working days
3. Assessment Interviews
4. Placement declined/accepted

All referrals must come through the Division of Human Services. Emergency Placements may occur through the Police, however the Court must authorize placements via court orders.
